Depositing a cheque with Deposit Anywhere is easy with the Stride Mobile App.

  • Tap the “deposit” button
  • Select the account you’d like the funds deposited to
  • Enter the amount
  • Take a photo of the front and back of the cheque
  • Confirm the details and tap “Submit”

Alerts help keep you informed on your banking activities and allow you to identify and report potential fraudulent activity, keeping you and your account safe and secure.

  • Using alerts is free as a credit union member and all alerts are set up through MemberDirect® online banking.
  • Alerts are received by email, text or both
  • Over 20 different alerts are available, so you will always be in the know
  • Some examples of alerts are attempted and successful logins, new bill payees added or pending transactions
  • Choose which alerts you would like to use, or remove ones you no longer need, any time you want

If you have online banking, login and click the Lock 'N' Block icon. This will allow you to lock your debit card instantly. If you don't have access to online banking, call 1-888-277-1043. This service is available 24 hours a day.
