Sometimes, due to server maintenance or upgrades, our services will become temporarily unavailable. This can include our mobile app, e-Transfers, online banking, telephone banking, ATMs and more. If you are having trouble with something, check here to see if there are any active notices.

September 18, 2am - 2pm: Software Updates- MemberDirect services and telephone banking will be unavailable. ATM & POS (point-of-sale) off-line limits will be in effect, with ATM withdrawals limited to $100 and POS transactions limited to $1000 during this time.

August 7, 12am - 9am: Server Maintenance- MemberDirect® services, such as online banking, as well as Telephone Banking, may be unavailable during this time.

Some members may be receiving timeout errors when attempting to complete Interac® e-Transfers. This is only affecting less than 1% of transactions, and is currently being investigated.

July 26, 1am - 5am: Interac will be performing maintenance. e-Transfers may experience momentary disconnects during this time.

July 17, 1am - 5am: Interac e-Transfers were down for maintenance.
